Our Previous Shops
Most recently we opened as Arcade Artisans briefly at 25 Clarence Parade in Cheltenham. Prior to this we were situated for 6 months in the large unit on the corner at The Brewery Quarter, Cheltenham, where we were able to offer work from over 40 artisans.
Before this we enjoyed a year at Beechwood Shopping Centre, (where Arcade Artisans first opened in 2014) moving across the garden there to swap between two different units every few months.
The shop owes its roots to ByLocal, its predecessor which ran successfully in Regent Arcade, Cheltenham, for four and a half years. Contributing artists and craftspeople decided at By Local’s closure that they wanted to keep its ethos alive and find another venue
Luckily our customers know to keep hunting us out!
To offer quality, locally handcrafted art & crafts directly from the people who make them, in a friendly and welcoming shop that we hope is a pleasure to visit.
To find out more about the many individual artists and makers who contribute to our shop with their skills please visit our Meet the Artisans page.
We arrived in Bourton-on-the-Water in August 2017, for our first long-term shop.
We are located on Moore Road, (opposite the War Memorial) in a small but perfectly formed shop, currently showcasing the work of 22 different Gloucestershire-based artisans.
